About HM Studios
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your studio slot.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the booking.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
2. Minimum Booking Time
- Studio time includes setup and pack-down. Please book adequate time for your session.
- Overtime is charged at the hourly studio rate and is subject to availability.
3. Arrival & Late Policy
- Please arrive on time. Late arrival will reduce your booked shooting time.
- Sessions will still end at the scheduled time if you arrive late.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Changes within 48 hours may require a new booking fee.
5. Studio Care & Damages
- Clients are responsible for any damages caused to studio equipment, furniture, props, or backdrops during their booking.
- Any breakages or excessive mess may incur additional charges.
6. Cleanliness
- The studio must be left in the same condition it was provided.
- Please remove all personal items, rubbish, and styling materials after use.
7. Use of Space
- Studio is to be used for professional photography/content creation only.
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames allowed inside the studio.
8. Equipment & Props
- Available props/backdrops can be used but must be handled with care.
- Please notify us in advance if you require specific setups.
9. Liability
- The studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the space.
- Clients are responsible for the safety of their team and models during the booking.
10. Social Media & Credit
- We love seeing your work! Please tag/credit the studio when posting content captured in the space.
